From the very first WhatsApp message to the final follow-up I cannot but highly recommend Tej and Nepal alternative treks to anyone looking to hike in Nepal. Tej’s attention to detail and prompt responses were above any customer service support you would receive. He was diligent, professional, detail oriented and was always available to answer a simple or complicated question with as much information as possible. He helped us with our accommodation in Kathmandu, Pokhara and was able to amend our trip as needed.
We were fortunate enough to have Nauser and Sanjay as our guide and porter who were fantastic from our early morning reception in Pokhara to dropping us off at the airport. Through out the hike Nauser and Sanjay took care of us, made sure we had the best comfortable tea houses possible, played Dhumbal with us (card game routine every night) recommended what food and liquids to intake which were key in getting us to base camp. Tej, Nauser and Sanjay took care of us and made sure we completed the hike without any issues. We will definitely go back and work with them again for our future Nepal hikes!
