When reaching Kathmandu, I was warmly greeted at the airport and quickly felt like family when staying as a guest in his homestay. What a sweet family! We did some sightseeing in KT, then prepared for the Poon Hill Trek. My guide Tek Gurung was very kind and completed this trekking trip. The hike itself was beautiful beyond words, with charming villages, jungle trekking and stunning views of the Himalayas. The Poon Hill summit provides a stunning vantage point.
