I got to know of Nepal AT&E from a fellow blogger who had mentioned about how good their guide was when he visited ABC. I went by his word and did not bother to do any personal research. He connected me to someone called Tej Gurung. Tej ji and I exchanged numerous emails and he made me feel extremely comfortable from Day 1. I was so comfortable that I did not even check out Nepal AT&E in the Internet to know any reviews. After we arrived at Kathmandu, Tejji introduced us to Amar, who would be our guide and be with us the next few days. Amar was extraordinary. The more I praise him the less it is. Right from the time we met, his main concern was our comfort. He went beyond his duty to accommodate our requirements. For e.g. , there was a miscommunication regarding the bags that Amar would carry and we had two bags instead of one. Amar left behind his own bag and carried ours to make sure we face no difficulties. Amar was like our lifeline, he was like my younger brother and always went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Trekking in the Himalayas isn’t new to me and I have trekked several times in the India. I have met several guides and porters but Amar was completely different from everyone else I had met. He was extremely professional and never shied away from doing the best for us. Amar is extremely patient and always remained right behind us even during time when we were very slow. My good luck to Amar in whatever he does.
I am very very satisfied with Nepal AT&E and I know all my future Nepal treks will happen with Nepal AT&E. Thank you Tej and Amar. I wish Nepal AT&E with loads of growth and success.
