On our first trip to Nepal, we did a 14 day trek to EBC in December 2017 and had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to excellent organisation by Tej Gurung and perfect guiding by Pradeep Tamang.
Prior to our trek, we met with a few different guiding organisations however after our hotel recommended us to meet with Tej Gurung (Nepal Alternative Treks & Expeditions) it was a simple choice to go with them as Tej appear very experienced and knowledgeable.
Tej helped us to set up a flexible itinerary, arrange all necessary paperwork/permits, book flight tickets and introduced us to our excellent guide Pradeep. All in all, the organisation was perfect and made the whole experience much enjoyable.
While on our trek, our guide Pradeep did an outstanding job in guiding us safely up (and down) through the mountains, selecting the best/warmest lodges while telling stories and enhancing the cultural experience as well. Everything on our trek was flexible and ran very smoothly thanks to Pradeep.
