Forst of all, I have to say that the trek is amazing, the most beautiful I have ever been: you start from jungle, with wild monkeys and luxuriant greenery and go up to severe winter, with extreme cold and high snow, and than back to summer ))
My experience was particularly nice because we had the perfect backup and an excellent team of guidance: Yugal Lama, our guide, helped us through all the way, guided us with care and dilligence and also told us a lot about the culture and history of Nepal. Our two porters, Sandjay and Amtarp (not sure if I write correctly their names) were also very helpful and attentive to our needs.
I enjoyed the trek and never had any bother with logistics: we always stayed at nice loggings, ate tasteful local meals and just had fun.
