Once more Trekking with ‚Nepal Alternative Treks & Expeditions’.
Again I contact Mr. Tej Bahadur Gurung for another trekking tour in Nepal. Focus this time was the Manaslu Circuit. An experience which I will never forget! A breathtaking trekking tour within an opulent nature.
In preparation of the tour, Tej worked out the sections, customized to my personal requirements. Finally everything like transport, accommodations, permit et cetera was perfect organized.
My guide Kiran, a young man born in the mountains of the Himalaya, was always a smart and mindful attendant. He teaches me a lot of details regarding fauna and flora of the Manaslu region. In addition I learned a lot of farm life and the different between several ethnic populations we met during the hike. Although there was more than one generation difference in age between Kiran and myself, he was open minded and we had a lot of discussions regarding the globalisation and how the young people in Nepal effected by this evolution.
Overall it was once more a great experience to be in this wonderful country. I’m proud to have with Tej’s agency an organisation on hand which fulfils and consider all the sensitivities of a customer.
