The Nepal Culture Tour will take you through and around the Kathmandu valley’s culturally rich small towns and settlements. As soon as you arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport, our courteous office personnel will welcome you there and drive you to your hotel before we start our Nepal Culture Tour. On the first day of our Nepal Cultural Tour, we go sightseeing at the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Boudhanath stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. When you visit these locations, you can learn about more than just cultural features; you’ll also be rewarded with breathtaking architectural beauty that will amaze you for a very long time.

The following day, after seeking the goddess Dakshinkali’s blessings, we will go through the historic Kirtipur, which is very significant to Nepalese history. Great views of forested valleys, rivers, terrace farming, ponds, waterfalls, and communities may be found all along the route. We get a traditional glimpse of Newari culture with visits to the surrounding tiny towns of Bungmati and Khokana.

Our Nepal Culture Tour is apart from others in that we will converse with people and learn about their way of life in addition to sightseeing. You will start your day of touring in Kathmandu with your authorized NATE tour guide after breakfast at the hotel. After Pashupati, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most significant Hindu temples in the world, you will visit Changu Narayan, one of the oldest temples in Nepal. Boudha, one of the biggest stupas in Asia and a significant Buddhist pilgrimage site, will be your last destination.

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara

After breakfast, you will board a tourist bus and travel the 200 kilometers (approximately 6-7 hours) to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Once you get there, you’ll check into a hotel by the lake and have the rest of the day to yourself to explore the neighborhood.

You will first proceed to Chovar, which is renowned for its beautiful vistas of the Kathmandu Valley, and then Dakshinkali, a Hindu shrine dedicated to the goddess Kali. Patan, commonly known as Lalitpur, will be your last visit. It is the location of numerous UNESCO World Heritage monuments. You will be driven to Nagarkot after your sightseeing to spend the night in a pre-selected hotel.
