Nauser Ghale is a professional trekking guide from Chalish Village, Ward No. 4 of Ruby Valley Rural Municipality in Dhading District, Nepal. Born and raised in the beautiful Himalayan foothills, he grew up surrounded by mountain landscapes, traditional village life, and the rich cultural heritage of the region.
Raised alongside his parents and siblings in Chalish village, Nauser developed a deep appreciation for nature, local traditions, and the mountain lifestyle from an early age. His upbringing in one of Nepal’s remote mountain communities inspired his passion for trekking and tourism.
Today, he takes pride in sharing Nepal’s breathtaking landscapes, unique cultures, and warm hospitality with travelers from around the world.
Education
Nauser completed his School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from Shree Mukrap Devi Secondary School in Borang Village, Dhading District. His educational background, combined with years of practical trekking experience, has helped him develop strong communication and leadership skills while guiding visitors in the Himalayas.
Trekking Career Journey
Nauser began his trekking career in 2009 as a porter, gaining valuable firsthand experience on Nepal’s mountain trails. After working as a porter for two years, he advanced to the role of guide-cum-porter, where he further developed his trekking knowledge, route planning skills, and understanding of client care.
Through dedication, hard work, and a passion for mountain tourism, he eventually became a professional trekking guide. Over the years, he has guided trekkers from different countries across Nepal’s most popular trekking regions, helping them safely experience the beauty of the Himalayas.
Professional Training & Certifications
Nauser successfully completed the Full Trekking Guide Training conducted by the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM) under the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation in 2013.
In addition, he has completed several professional training programs, including:

- Photography Training
These certifications have strengthened his skills in mountain safety, emergency response, leadership, and outdoor adventure tourism.

Nauser has extensive experience guiding trekkers throughout Nepal’s most popular trekking destinations, including Everest Region, Annapurna Region, Manaslu Region, Langtang Region and Upper Mustang Region.
Throughout his career, he has guided trekkers on renowned adventures such as the Everest Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Langtang Valley Trek and Upper Mustang Trek.
Favorite Trekking Route
Among the many trekking routes he has guided, Nauser particularly enjoys the Everest Base Camp Trek. The opportunity to witness Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world, continues to inspire him every time he visits the region.
Beyond the spectacular mountain scenery, he appreciates the unique Sherpa culture, traditional mountain villages, and the sense of achievement trekkers experience when reaching Everest Base Camp. For Nauser, guiding in the Everest region is always a rewarding and memorable experience.
