Sunita Gurung has been actively involved as the leading women tourism entrepreneur in Nepal. She has been leading Nepal Alternative Treks as executive director over 10 years.
Leaving her birthplace Ruby valley, Dhading after completing her high school at the age of 20 years she has been pushing herself to empower women to stand on own feet and work as team. The result, she is president of Ganesh Himal female Society and board member of women tourism entrepreneurs Network, Nepal.
